Sub position and enclosure for E-150 Cargo Van

Long story short my boss used to be big into competition back in the late 90s-early 2000's. I ended up getting enough stuff to build a semi decent system for my moto van. Plus I shattered my Scapula so I needed something to do. My setup so far:

Pioneer DEH-X6700BT

Massive Audio EQ7

2 - Planet Audio 12s (no idea what model serial #67 and 68. Made in 1999) . I assumed they are dual 4 ohm, I wired them to 1 ohm with an old Visonik V900XD. My multimeter says 2.56 at the box terminals. I couldnt find any info on test subs so I just kinda guessed on boxes from what I read and they're in seperate sealed 1.5cuft.

2 - Fosgate 8s HXD dual 4s wired 2ohm with a Planet Audio PA4002 These are in seperate sealed .6cuft boxes

Pheonix Gold Ti5 comp set minus the tweeters (currently running cheap Sound stream tweets from frys) in the front doors. Kenwood 3-way 5x7s in the rear doors running off a Kenwood KAC8401.

Now It sounds, "good," and it'll go louder than I'll ever need but there is a certain weirdness with different bands at different volume levels which has me constantly tweaking on the eq. And I'm thinking it could be a position and or enclosure issue? Im not really limited. If I need space when hauling bikes I can move them or pull em out if needed. I want it to sound as good as possible.

I'd do a ported or bandpass enclosure, put the box all the way to the rear of the vehicle. I can help you if you need it.
