So you finally admit to being wrong or what? By the time it was finally protested and the judges had the time to discuss it and make a ruling on it, it was late in the day. Nobody is admitting otherwise, but blaming the 6 dB loss on the blazer sitting there for a couple hours is ridiculous. Everything was working fine during the 2nd run. What huff did on the ROE forums was just poor sportsmanship. He has nobody to blame but himself. If I had done a 160 during my final S1 run, I would have said something is up because I know d*mn well that my truck was capable of a 154 and that's it. Huff took it upon himself to act like he had that number all along when that was hardly the case.
The meter at KY state finals was 2 dB high, this was said by nearly ALL MECA competitors at finals except, of course, MD.
The blazer did a 158 the first day of MECA finals, right where the score has ALWAYS been. The 164.8 was and always will be a fluke number. The 158.9 is the LEGITIMATE number that blazer does.
And FYI, for driveby he didn't have only 12 subs working. They blew 6 subs during the run which caused the amp problems.
So now STFU on the situation because it's pretty d*mn clear you don't have a clue about what you are trying to defend.
