Sub Opinions

Well I will soon be in need of a new sub/subs. I am having an audiopipe 1800d shipped to me thanks to bobtista on here. It's going in a 3g eclipse hatch. I want low hard to breathe flexing bass. I don't care about the meter cuz apparently higher bass does better on the meter. I just want to be heard from a good ways and lots of car flex. I was thinking of going with an omega 15 but now looking at the fi q 15 it seems to have a lower fs so would that be better off my power. I only have about 4 cuft to work with so would that be enough for a sub up port back tuned to about 32hz with the q. If not give me some suggestions. Oh and my budget for a sub is around 200, but I don't have the money right now but will in the future thanks.
