sub is clicking?

I was playing that bass test track (hoods run down) about half way thru, when the sub hits at a lower freq. my sub clicks really loud. As it gets lower it stops, so its only at one freq. . What is this? Its a brand new sub with a brand new amp. T112D2 sub with a D3 Diamond Audio Amp to 1 ohm. Thanks in advance.

The sub is bottoming out.

That's bad.

It means the Voice Coil is hitting the back of the magnet. Did you set your gains with the gain setting tutorial? That's the first thing you should do.

I got it installed at this place called audio connections, theyre good, i let them install becuase when they install the amp i get a lifetime warranty.

wow i have never heard of somewhere offering that
