Sub Impedence

I have a simple question (yet I don't know myself). Should I purchase a dual 2 ohm or dual 4 ohm subwoofer. I own a ALPINE MRV-F450 5 Channel. I fancy buying a CM3 12" sub. Love them Diamond Audio products. Thanks people.

what ohm does the "subwoofer output" do max rms power at?

if its 2ohm, get a dual 4...

if its 4ohm, get a dual 2...

The specs are as follows:

14.4V RMS Continuous Power 4ohm; Stereo (0.08% THD) 50Wx4 + 4ohm; 200Wx1 Stereo (0.3% THD) 2ohm; Stereo 60Wx4 + 4ohm; 200Wx1 4ohm; Stereo 120Wx2+ 4ohm; 200Wx1

So should I get a dual 2 ohm?

It doesn't matter, the sub output does the same at both impedences I believe, the specs are somewhat confusing.

They are confusing but I am 100% sure that it is only stable to 4 ohms.

Yes... the specs are weird. Both 2 and 4 ohm ratings are the same.

The pictures got deleted from my computer, and the sub is at home, I"ll be home for break in 3 weeks and I could take picutres and send it out then. But the pic in my sig is of that sub.
