sub foam surround cracked how 2 fix ?

Over the years I have found that good ol rubber cement works wonders. If it cracked on the inside (connecting to the cone) just brush it on. If it cracked on the outside get a syringe (automotive) and apply it with that so you don't get build up on the foam material. Merry Christmas

 
You also may wanna do a few layers so its a reall good strong bond. Id suggest rubber cement as well. Dont do it goopy at all. Do small fine layers and do enough untill you think its got a great bond and isnt going to be weak and flimsy.

What is your budget? With being exposed to Rain.. I would recommend looking at a marine grade SAS Bazooka for the sub stage

Don't forget Hoffman's Iron Law. You can have 2 of the 3: low end, efficiency/sensitivity or small enclosure size...
