Funny, no one here has even mentioned/suggested looking at the box or environment to improve the output of what the OP already has. He's gone through what, like 5 different brands and he's still searching.

Take the one driver you have and horn-load the friggin thing. You want volume - you'll get it with that.

i heard a alpine type-r 15 on 2000 watts in 4 cubes (guessing at cubes),sub facing up and two aero ports facing back.it was enough to make my ear drums feel like they were literaly bouncing in my head.i couldnt take no more than 45 seconds of it.it was in a honda civic sedan,back seat was in and the front doors were wide open

haha...reminds me of that video of pete and his wall of two 15" older Ascendant Audio subs - at the time he was pimping them alot everywhere on forums. Only think I could think is "wow, he must be getting free recones" Because those subs couldnt take what he was doing.
