Stinger Voltmeter Voltage Drop

I was just curious about how accurate these meters are at measuring voltage drop. From my test I found that with my voltage at 14.3 on my voltmeter, the voltage was also 14.3 on my dmm. When I turned my music up full tilt the voltmeter would read 11.5 but my dmm would read 12.4. Im believe my dmm is more accurate. Has anyone else experienced this?
