dude call your cell phone company and get the police involved. even if the number didnt register on ur phone they will get the number and take care of it. or you could be like the rest of us and get his info and go run him over with your car??? im only 22 and think rash but id say i would be outside his house when he leaves for work and kick his a55 then put him in my trunk and drive him to some remote location and prolly pee on him???? i dont know what id do at the remote location but it would be bad

OP. You are a retard. The guy who called is an *** but I hope your dog found a better home/owner. If you fricken call the phone company it doesn't matter if your phone was turned off. Even if the dumbshit blocked his number, the phone company can and will get the other person's number, especially if the police are involved and get a warrant. Now if the guy called from a pay phone you're probably SOL.
