Guess Ill try this here, sorry azbass, wasnt sure where to post this.

I placed an order on the 12th had my charge card denied for the $1.00 pre charge and denied for the full amount their second try. I contacted them to let them know I was sending a money order. Actually my Son paid for the money order for the install parts for his car. The money order was sent on Tuesday the 14th and they charged my card on the 15th. Confirmed that with the bank just to make sure. Robin, their customer service representative insists their charge was made on the 13th. I emailed Ben before sending out the money order just to make sure the charge didnt go thru. I have plenty of money in the bank so Im guessing they had some problems on their end.

I didnt find out about them charging me late untill the 16th, thats when I called back and talked to Ben. I made arrangements with him to cash the money order when it was received and then issue a credit to my card, problem solved. A week later I called to see if they received the M.O. and could not get anyone to answer the phone. I wrote an email asking about the M.O. and was told by another representative, Robin that I would have to pay additional monies and they didnt have the M.O. Thats when the fun started. My first call that went thru on the 22nd and answered by Ben was disconnected and then my number blocked. Tried my Sons phone, same thing. Next day tried my Wifes phone and guess what same thing.

I emailed them again and was accused of being a scammer. They have my money and I didnt expect to receive a refund until they got the M.O. so I dont know how that makes me a scammer. I even received an email telling me that they would report me as a thief. But not written so well.

If you are going to deal with them be warned. They are some shady people and doing some very unprofessional stuff to say the least.

They have blocked every phone available to me at home. Every time I called they hung up and blocked the number.

sir I dont think so, we charged your card a few hours after you placed the

order. you placed it late on the 12th and it was charged on the 13th. if

you file a chargeback I will file suite for theif. you have to pay for

your order. if you didnt want your card charged why put it on the order.

you didnt send me a money order that I can tell of so it looks like your

just trying to screw us out of money here. Im sorry but if you wanted to

pay via money order it should of been put on the order in the 1st place.

Shes filing a"suite for thief". Thats the kind of people Im dealing with. She says they have notes on the 16th about mt money order being sent. Thats funny since the emails I have are from the 13th all talking about where to send the M.O. too. The 16th is when I called and spoke to Ben asking why I was charged on the 15th.

Now Im waiting a week to 3 weeks for a refund from Western Union at a cost of $15.00. They turned a fun time with my kid into a fing nightmare. Instead of $100.00+ dollars Im out $200+ untill I get the refund back.

Plus the hours wasted trying to get ahold of them and emailing back and fourth.
