I kind of miss them, running a set of the older model re se10d4's, until I have the coin for my next set-up. I am pretty sure that once these rf t2 12's go back there, that I will forget ALL about these lil beasts.

sq and dd are one in the same...they have the same address...do some research...its like general motors with the tahoe, yukon, yukon denali, cadilliac....same $hit different name plate...small differences so they can have two different companies.

Yea... There's been multiple threads about this, lol. The reason I was asking about the SQ, 8 is that its cheep and looks good. Not saying it isn't same/similar to a DD 8

Its funny you should mention that, someone I've been helping has been trying to contact SQ about their product. He hasn't gotten a response.

I would imagine DD's customer service is much better, even though its the same place.

Yes. DD has much better service. They have a sub of mine getting a recone. SQ I have talked with Zach on the phone before a few times but lately seems like goes just to VM.

One of my friends got his 9515 reconed by PSI with upgrades. He was happy with it and I think it sounds good. I don't know if you've considered PSI, but its an option for the future

To be honest. I sent them 2 different emails about a sub for my friend and some of their 8's been about 6 weeks and no reply. I probably should of just called lol. But I'll keep it in mind.

You need to do a little more research.

DD and AQ/Soundqubed are not the same company nor are the subs and amps the same or even that close in design other then some shared baskets. Soundqubed leases office and warehouse space from DD and also contracts their shipping from DD. This is a win win business arrangement for both companies.

DD is owned by Resonance Inc. which is owned by Jassa and Vicki Langford, AQ/Soundqubed is owned by Jassa Langford"s Father.
