Silverado DDZ build

Bro, you better brace the top of that box from the inside. Like, directly under the amp. Dowel or two or something.
Yes, I'm bracing with several 1" threaded steel pipes

Not enough room, because I have the seats all the way back. I don't drive like that one guy with two 15's in a single cab, haha
Ya no **** ! I only got one rule in all this and its that the seats still gotta go all the way back !I am 6'1 and aint giving up no space. Bought though it would be nice to be short for that reason lol. But I planed my box to still have room to mount amp rack in front of box down low.

I just used those inside my box too ! Should work well. Let me know how you like trying to fit those to your particular length ha ha ! They are a tapered thread so they get harder to turn the deeper you gotta turn them and turned out to be quite a job even with a big pipe wrench ! Hope yours are closer to the lenght you need than mine were ! How many are you using ? I used 8 , 4 front to back and 4 top to bottom. Hoping that does the trick?

Yeah, I may only be 5'10", but I have long legs. Have to have the seats all the way back. The subs take up almost the entire front baffle, so there was no extra room on the box down low.

The one I'm holding in that picture turned out to be the exact length I needed with the threaded ends on. I'm doing two top to bottom. One side to side in the enclosure. One sideways in the port. Then one or two front to back

Where'd you get that foam for the amp?
It's actually foam from the bottom of a rug, haha

I ran wires through the doors today and it was a pain in the ass!!!!

Didn't have time tonight to make the baffle or pods for the door.

I hooked that **** up and just screwed it into the door so I had tunes tomorrow.
