Must be hard for money if you're trying to get money out of your landlord, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif.Nothing was broken and I didn't notice anything missing. Getting a month's rent out of those money hungry *****es is not going to happen. They are penny pinchers. I might be leaving early, before the 30 day notice is up though. I don't know. I do have a $750 deposit that I'd like back but the chances are pretty slim as far as that goes. Knowing them, they'll make up some shit. I'm not currently on a lease, thank God.
PS. How come all these 19 year olds in my thread don't seem to have a brain?
Ha! My landlord got no money. He won't be able to afford to live if he lost his job at Walmart and he's in his 60's. If anything, I won't see any money out of this. I just want to let them know that it's not right to just enter other's property as they please. That's the law.Must be hard for money if you're trying to get money out of your landlord, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif.
I know right? I'm still waiting to hear what my lawyer buddy digs up then proceed from there.I'm not sure, but you should definitely get your legal advice from a bunch of car audio geeks........................
Are you talking about your security deposit? Unless you messed up the house you're gonig to get it back. You're not really being clear on what exactly you want from this? What exactly do you want to sue him for? Him coming into your house without your permission gives you the right to move out if you want. And as long as you didn't mess the place up you're going to get your security deposit back. I don't get what the issue is?Ha! My landlord got no money. Are you saying that if you had a $750 deposit, you wouldn't try to get it back? If not, I call BS on it. You don't know the power of the dollar until you try to make it on your own.
EDZY, there are no other units here. It's a 2 unit townhome. I live in one and the landloard lives in the other. This thread is just really for opinions. Looks like you guys wouldn't sue.
That is the sum of it I have done plenty of construction work on residential rental homes and unless you are buying it or own it the property owner has the right to let anyone they want in to maintain the property you have to figure it's an investment they have to protect. If they just went away and let anyone live there with no background check and never stopped by to inspect the property it would go to hell in a minute, and the repair cost would be through the roof. Bottom line you can't sue that's why the lawyer has not called you back!I'm 18 and I can tell you that if you even try to sue, even if you dont win, your a dick. or you just have a really small one... just my 2 cents.
ans P.S. its HIS property
