The plumber may have determined it was clogged in your unit from all the taco grease down your drain, Thus making entry into your unit without permission fall into the emergancy type catagory, being as it was effecting others in the "hood". Get over it. Buy a house and a gun then you can controll who enters your house.</p></blockquote><p></p>
