Same thing happened to me, but the UPS man accidently delivered TWO dell computers. What had happened was the UPS got confused and gave us three boxes since they all looked similar. They found out and came back a week later. They're not stupid, they'll come looking for it, and if you dont have it... you F_cked.

if it was addressed to you by the ebay store then most probably you also got charged for it if you paid by credit card. So check you credit card bill or call credit card company and ask if got charged or any pending charge from the ebay store.

If you didn't get charge then screw ebay stores, keep it and sell it, maybe already sold.

I TOTALLY AGREE ! I have had several items damaged by them and always my claim was denied even though it was obvious that THEY damaged the item .
