Should I ground loop?

I have recently started to get a lot of background noice through my subs, espically when I go over bumps. Has never happened before. the ground wire is on a bolt that goes straight through the frame.... any suggestions?

Check for integrity of connection on every wire anywhere in the signal or power chain that is related to the subs. Something is loose.
