My friend recently noticed that his system was preforming pretty sub par to what it usually does, so naturally he called me up to help him troubleshoot it.....we checked power ground remote, and lastly Rca's....

when checking the rca's i noticed that when u take out the left rca on his line driver, the bass continues to play, and same with if u take the left rca out of the amp.....BUT if u take out the right rca, bass stops playing....i think it point to the line driver, because i was messing with the LOC adjustments and they both channels (L and R) were responding fine, its just when u get tto the line driver and the amp that u can remove the left rca and music plays without change...

what can be wrong?

i checked it at tthe loc thos and its fine.....so im thinkin its the line driver...or is it because the rca are runnin next to the power wire?

RCAs running next to power wire has nothing to do with anything...

Most amps only use one input or the other when running in mono. To really test it, disconnect both RCAs from the amp and connect the left RCA to the right amp input. You will probably get sound again.
