should I bridge these subs or not

here go the specifications about the 2 ohm load.

Specifications:

Circuit system -- OTL (output transformerless) circuit

Power supply -- Pulse

Maximum outputs -- 400 W x 2 (at 4 ohms)

Maximum outputs -- 600 W x 2 (at 2 ohms)

Maximum outputs -- 1200 W (monaural) at 4 ohms

Rated outputs (at 14.4V) -- 200 W x 2 (20 - 20kHz, 0.1% THD, at 4 ohms)

Rated outputs (at 14.4V) -- 250 W x 2 (20 - 20 kHz, 0.15% THD, at 2 ohms)

Rated outputs (at 14.4V) -- 500 W (monaural) (20 - 20 kHz, 0.15% THD, at 4 ohms)

Frequency response -- 5 Hz - 50 kHz (±3dB)

Harmonic distortion -- 0.01% or less (at 1 kHz, 4 ohms)

Input level adjustment range -- 0.3 - 6V (RCA pin jacks), 1.2 - 12V (High level)

Low-pass filter -- 50 - 300 Hz, -12 dB/oct

Low boost -- 0 - 10 dB (40 Hz)

Inputs -- RCA pin jacks, High level input connector

Outputs -- Speaker terminals, Through output pin jacks

Approximate measurements -- 15-3/4" x 2-1/4" x 10-7/8" (wxhxd) not including projecting parts and controls

Speaker impedance -- 2 - 8 ohms (stereo)

Speaker impedance -- 4 - 8 ohms (when used as a bridging amplifier)

Power requirements -- 12 V DC car battery (negative ground)

Power supply voltage -- 10.5 - 16 V

Current drain -- 48 A (at 4 ohms, rated output)

Weight -- Approx. 4.6 kg (10 lb 6 oz)

Dimensions -- Approx. 400 x 55 x 276mm

Well if he has a final load of 2 ohms, then he must have Dual 2 or Single 4 VC subs, so you guys should specify a bit more about running the subs to each channel. If they are SVC 4 ohms, run them straight to the channels, but if they are DVC 2, then wire them in series to get a 4 ohm load from each sub. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

don't see nothing about bridged output so just run each sub to each channel

Miss something?

those are specs on bridged (monoaural) mode of this amp... i have used it... overrated.

You can connect it 2ohm to each channel or 4ohm mono is your subs are 4ohm dvc
