If I recall there is proof he took steriods what Bonds has been denying all along is that he did not KNOWINGLY take steriods. And I believe that they are trying to to prove that he knowingly took them, not simply that he took them. Because it is so specific experts have been saying unless they have video or audio of him actually saying "give me the steriods" hell probably get off.

and unlike that puss Radomski thats ratting everyone out, the BALCO guy hasnt said a word to incriminate Bonds, hell he went to prison instead of ratting out bonds.

Personally I think all this crap is retarded and congress needs to drop it all and worry about the economy instead. put the disclaimer on the record book saying "steriod era" and be done with it. hell Babe Ruth played in the "roaring 20's" how do we know most of his HR's werent hit while under the influence of cocaine?
