setting amp settings other than the gain?s

alright so i want to install me amp today after class. my wiring kit should be here at that time. but i need to know what to set my subsonic and the low pass at. and bass eq? i think this is bass boost? so ill have that at 0. im going to set the gain with a DMM so i know how to do that. just need to know about subsonic and low pass. my set up is two type R 12s in 4.0 cubes tuned to 33hz if that matters. thanks for the help.

the subsonic should only be used in ported boxes, and if its a variable filter, set it 2-5hz below your tuning on your box. if its a sealed box, turn the subsonic off.

the low pass is a crossover basically, it lets you select the frequenecies that you want heard, and the rest get ''rolled off''

i set mine at halfway around 100hz, its the highest note it can pick up, the rest get rolled off.

I'd say drop subsonic @ 28-30.

low pass should be @ 80-100

bass boost? fuxors! Don't touch that shiz
