Okay, just a tnut with the bolt using the right diameter and making sure it is gonig through both baffles?t-nuts are the best way. unless you're using the holes more than 20-30 times and it's extremely low quality mdf i wouldnt worry about it.
That should work...be sure to have rubber or foam gasket for mounting the sub so no air leaks around the openingsOkay, just a tnut with the bolt using the right diameter and making sure it is gonig through both baffles?
exactly, however i recommend you glue in the t-nuts so they dont get pushed out because then you'll have to cut the bolts out its a huge pain. make sure only to get glue on the flange and not the screw hole (yeah duh but id rather you have it fresh in your mind)Okay, just a tnut with the bolt using the right diameter and making sure it is gonig through both baffles?
Hex Drive Threaded Inserts | Threaded Hex Drive Inserts Yeah I've been looking into these. You can also look at using E-Z lock threaded inserts They are similar to a T nut
Dowel rod and wood glue. I've done so with a few enclosures in my garage. Sand it all down flat and it'll look new, ready for some new holes.you can always glue toothpicks in the existing holes each time you remove them...
