Screwing sub woofers without screws

t-nuts are the best way. unless you're using the holes more than 20-30 times and it's extremely low quality mdf i wouldnt worry about it.
Okay, just a tnut with the bolt using the right diameter and making sure it is gonig through both baffles?

exactly, however i recommend you glue in the t-nuts so they dont get pushed out because then you'll have to cut the bolts out its a huge pain. make sure only to get glue on the flange and not the screw hole (yeah duh but id rather you have it fresh in your mind)

On my upcoming box I will use the hex drive insert for sure and run a bolt through from the inside to end up with studs.

Everyone uses T nuts but they can chew up the MDF if they do not seat all the way.

Just use some adhesive n the outer threads

Use spiked t-nuts and the appropriate size allenhead bolt that goes with it. I spent a little more $$ on hardware but was well worth it in the end.

My last subs install I had to buy 32 bolts and 32 spiked t-nuts! that **** adds up as I was running 4 10's.

Just make sure you drill your holes straight as best you can.....and you can unscrew your subs 50x in one day if you wanna w/o problems.
