then they will be wired to 1ohm. At least that is what they should be wired too. Should be a wonderful match with a little headroom depending on the amplifier.

When setting the gain on the amplifier set all EQ's to flat, no bass boost, no loudness, amps bass knob all the way up. Turn your head unit up to 3/4 volume on most head units and send a 40hz -15db signal to that sub amp. Set the gain so the output voltage on the terminals is at 31.62v. This will give you 1,000w @ 1 ohm with some wiggle room for more volume on the subs.

No issues there. The amp will output depending on the speaker's impedance rating. Are you using a component x-over or is only the tweeter with x-over?
