Yeah, I figured with that large of a port and the sub being mounted the way it is, it must've been a folded t-line. Just curious, what size is the port area in relation to the sub's cone area and how long is the line? I've been interested with those boxes for awhile, just haven't had the time/knowledge to go ahead and make one. How does it sound/transient response compared to lets say a typical ported bass-reflex setup?

askin the wrong person about how they work lol.

i had someone design it for me.

it makes the sound alot "cleaner" if you say.

this box is made to be musical, it bottoms out at full tilt where my gains are set, but 1 click down and its fine.

it also doesnt need as much power, i only got 80 watts going to it.

once i get this stupid broken screw out, ill run it bridged.

That was the only thing I was worried about. From what I hear, t-line boxes have a great response but don't provide much damping to help in the power handling department. thats how i built this box lol, scrap wood.

and thats good about a tline, you dont need as much power.

I thought that's why sony x-plod's are so awesome. Over inflated max power ratings are where the deebeez are at.
