small update:

placed volt meter and switches, dont have any connectors so couldnt wire em up

No i kept all stock wires intact. just added 1/0 to the existing wire and used the same grounds and sanded the metal, fused it and thats all.

Hey, You should have gotten a fad alternator - it does 165 amps at idle - 260 max - and they can build custom alternators for you.

When I run mine, I think i'm going to run it underneath the vehicle with just some wire loom.
