its a new SQ sub not a new xxx they dont even know what to call it yet. (or last i talked to them) but of coarse this has all been posted in other threads abaout a bagillion times already.

What you're missing rick, is that ngsm originally said it was the new XXX, and the current XXX would be called something different. He's since editted his post to remove the comment, and is implying he has some sort of inside scoop none of the rest of us, including Mark from RE, has. Parthenon is the highest excursion driver made, so far as I know. But they aren't exactly a regular production driver (although are available), so I dont know if you'd count it.

Also this new sub sounds like it is strictly an SPL sub, am I correct?
