Remember Nick hogan's accident? Well this is what the passenger....

dont know if its been said but honestly i dont care how big a hole hes got in his head its unfair for everyone to be completely blaming nick. unless there is footage of john in the passenger seat pleading for his life and pleading for nick to stop i blame them both.
it is a shame that a young persons life is pretty much over but john provided the booze, john got into a car with an under age kid that had been drinking, so he chose to risk being this way.
When someone T-bones you in an intersection, when you had a green light, just remember you knew the risk when you got in your car and started the engine. You know there is a possibility that someone else might be driving drunk, right? Therefore I blame YOU.

I agree thats sad that hes going to be a vegetable for the rest of his life, but what do his parents care? They wouldnt even take care of him when he was ALIVE.

His parents were dirtbags, his brother was in prison for kidnapping, and he was living with the Hogans. Hulk paid the family a shitload of money each month just so they could get by. He paid over a million dollars in hospital bills for John when this happened. He even took John into his home like a member of the family since he know his home life was such shit because his parents were assholes.

The Grazianos are lowlifes. Nick didnt MEAN for this to happen. Why would he? That was his best friend and like a big brother to him. The most something like this could even be charged with is manslaughter, if the victim actually died. Yeah, Nick was driving like a douchebag. What happened is his fault, no denying that. If you're going to drive a car with that much power, you're going to drive it like an *******. Esepcially when you race cars for a living. Im sure John wouldnt have had any objections, since he raced cars also.

So it IS Nicks fault, but dont you think having to see your best friend like that and live with that feeling for the rest of your life would be punishment enough? Much less having to go to jail? And be sued for every penny you're worth?

In most cases like this, where there is an accident where one person accidentally causes death to another, they are let off with a slap on the wrist and a civil suit. There was another story where a truck driver swerved to miss a car who cut in front of him, and ended up hitting another car and killing its occupants. He was let off with no reprocussions whatsoever.

Its an accident, and Im sure John wouldnt want to see his family taking the Hogans apart for everything they have and making death threats, just like the Hogans dont want to see John in the state he is in.

how does this relate to this accident? did Nick put a gun to his 22 yr old friends head and say get in? did his friend get the alcohol? did his friend know what was going on? not asking these questions to put blame on anyone but somewhere the line has to be drawn about shared responsibility. I'm sure Nick didn't say "hey bro do not put your seat belt on". if they were friends how bad do you think Nick feels now? How would you treat it? NO MATTER WHAT is done to Nick it will not bring his friend back to the way he was. Nick is a 17 year old kid who does stupid stuff like most 17 year olds do. He is not the first or only 16-18 year old who drove fast and hurt someone. Is he spoiled? yes. Was this wrong? YES. Was it an accident? YES. This is just a media circus. You have an 17 year old kid who nearly killed and certainly crippled one of his best friends. Then he gets thrown into solitary...What would you expect a 17 year old to do? not cry? not be scared?

You believe that seeing your friend disabled is enough of a punishment? That's a joke, and I honestly can't believe you'd even suggest it's enough. Next time it won't be his friend...

Comparing a split second reaction in the face of eminent danger to being a drunk idiot driving a car you're incapable of controlling beyond it's limits?

He's already gone. I wonder if they can charge Nick with murder once his bodycatches up with his mind?
nah. probly manslaughter at the most.

Even though he didnt have his seatbelt on that doesnt mean he deserved what happened to him. They need to let the kid go, he shouldnt have to suffer what hes going through. And once they put the kid to rest then Nick needs to get the death penalty. he was driving, he was being stupid and honestly doesnt seem to care about anyone elses life including his own.
i dont know about the death penalty......

i don't think nick should serve anytime except the DUI time and the crash....
this kid, was drinkin too....prolly had a good buzz going....knew nick had drank. he probably even wanted to race around, he didn't wear a seatbelt.....all these things add up. i believe him being in the state he's in, is his own fault. When do u stop blaming others and start assuming responsibility for your actions.

here's an example: let's say u goto the bar, get totally shitfaced and start a fight, u get ur *** beat.....who's fault is it?
why did the fight start?

I dont think his logic is skewed..
I dont think yours are skewed as well..

It is matter of opposite point of views.. I mean maybe he got a point, but at same time, you do got a point also you know..

I think thats why the judge let him go with 8 months..

Also IMO, I think some of you guys who think that he should be in jail for a longer period of time (I do agree with it mostly) just because you guys hate Hogan.. If it was just a random person, then probably you guys wont be saying the same thing?

Flame on.. lol
yes, itd be the same, if we heard about it.

do you think the nation would have heard about it if it was a random person?
live your life in the spotlight, then you need to expect all your negative decisions to be in the spotlight as well... and it just pisses the public off even more when these figure heads get special treatment...

omg that sucks for that guy man. i wonder myself how is he alive? and why they are leaving him on support like that. i understand people feel for him and somewhere they have this miracle thought that he will get better(which he won't) but for gods sake put him down.
cuz parents are crazy or selfish. Look at the schiavoa woman.

If the kid had his seatbelt on he could've very well been killed too. Look at the car imagine being stuck to the seat in that. It's lose lose ****ed if you ****ed if you don't. Just my opinion. It's like sporting a rollcage with no helmet wait til you roll it and take your head out when in reality you thought you were saving yourself.
