Yes, I had the Nakamichi PA1500 amp and it was absolutely amazing. It eventually broke and I'm unsure if it was my fault, for underpowering it and not having the big 3 upgrade.

I remember wanting a Dragon cassette deck so bad.

I'm partial to Pioneer head units. Couldn't afford Nak or Concord(e?) back in the day.

Nice one, gotta see that video of yours, same here the only thing o could afford but barely was pioneer premier, they sound good witg the right speakers

Do you remember Nakamichi ?

Sure do. I installed more than my share of TD700s, a few TD1200s, lots of EC200's and PA300's. Their plate speaker model number escapes me, but I installed a lot in the old SL Mercedes back in the '80s.

My favorite HU brand is Alpine. I was lucky enough to work for them in the '90s through early '2Ks. I still use them.

I have a parts Nakamichi TD-700 I'll be listing on eBay soon the tuner works but tapes just load and ejects ..
