Much less having to go to jail? And be sued for every penny you're worth?</p><p></p><p>In most cases like this, where there is an accident where one person accidentally causes death to another, they are let off with a slap on the wrist and a civil suit. There was another story where a truck driver swerved to miss a car who cut in front of him, and ended up hitting another car and killing its occupants. He was let off with no reprocussions whatsoever.</p><p></p><p>Its an accident, and Im sure John wouldnt want to see his family taking the Hogans apart for everything they have and making death threats, just like the Hogans dont want to see John in the state he is in.</p></blockquote><p></p>
