Remember Nick hogan's accident? Well this is what the passenger....

While he may have been drinking and acting fool too, reality is he wasn't behind the wheel. For that fact alone, Nick gets the brunt of the responsibility and does deserve more time than just DUI charges. Your statement is ignorant. I agree they both are resposible, but Nick even moreso for doing this. If you can't see that, then your logic is skewed.
I dont think his logic is skewed..

I dont think yours are skewed as well..

It is matter of opposite point of views.. I mean maybe he got a point, but at same time, you do got a point also you know..

I think thats why the judge let him go with 8 months..

Also IMO, I think some of you guys who think that he should be in jail for a longer period of time (I do agree with it mostly) just because you guys hate Hogan.. If it was just a random person, then probably you guys wont be saying the same thing?

Flame on.. lol

Wait... What did Nick do to him?
and wtf??? that grossed me out kinda, and where is his brain?

do you think the nation would have heard about it if it was a random person?

live your life in the spotlight, then you need to expect all your negative decisions to be in the spotlight as well... and it just pisses the public off even more when these figure heads get special treatment...

True.. But sometimes I find that funny.. cuz when I m not in spotlight, nobody(maybe just a few) get pissed at my negative decisions.. but when I am in spotlight, everyone get pissed.. lol.. I guess I gotta appreciate my own being for not being in spotlight?

Sure. You can blame the passenger for not wearing a seat belt but the true cause of his injuries are due to a 100mph accident. The passenger had no control of the vehicle at any time.

If any of you think he had a chance to stop Nick I have a test for you:

Come ride in my buddy's 93 LX Mustang. He'll cruise around town at 30MPH all day long. Without any warning to you he'll mash the accelerator to the floor. If you can gain your senses and scream "please stop!" before the >900hp twin turbo Mustang hits 100mph you're a better man than I am.

There are a lot of variables. Had they just jumped in the car? Did the driver give the passenger a chance to put on his seatbelt? From what I understand in Missouri the DRIVER can get a ticket if a passenger doesn't wear a seat belt. Why? Because the driver is always responsible and has the ability to stop the car if the passengers are not wearing seat belts.

i don't think nick should serve anytime except the DUI time and the crash....
this kid, was drinkin too....prolly had a good buzz going....knew nick had drank. he probably even wanted to race around, he didn't wear a seatbelt.....all these things add up. i believe him being in the state he's in, is his own fault. When do u stop blaming others and start assuming responsibility for your actions.

That is rediulous!!! I can't believe anyone would ever say somthing like that. I don't care if the passenger was drunk as balls, and saying "Race him!!! Race him!!!" You are the driver. You are the one responsible. You should have the sense enough not to race. Even if dude got in the car knowing Driver had a couple drinks. It's the driver's responsibility to know when he's had enough and can't drive.

here's an example: let's say u goto the bar, get totally shitfaced and start a fight, u get ur *** beat.....who's fault is it?
I don't even have a comment on that. This is a totally different situation.

Personally, I think Nick should have done more time. I hope he does a hard 8 months either way. I hope he actually has time to think about his "Friend" who's life he ruined. And I hope he learns a lesson out of the deal. Though I doubt someone that spoiled has brains, or heart enough to admit to himself and eveyone else, that he screwed up.

omg that sucks for that guy man. i wonder myself how is he alive? and why they are leaving him on support like that. i understand people feel for him and somewhere they have this miracle thought that he will get better(which he won't) but for gods sake put him down.

dont know if its been said but honestly i dont care how big a hole hes got in his head its unfair for everyone to be completely blaming nick. unless there is footage of john in the passenger seat pleading for his life and pleading for nick to stop i blame them both.

it is a shame that a young persons life is pretty much over but john provided the booze, john got into a car with an under age kid that had been drinking, so he chose to risk being this way.

Sounds like Nick was drunk got in an accident, and this guy got completely ****ed up.

Is that about it?
