Its very sad i wouldnt be able to live with my life if i was Nick, looking at my friend in the condition he is in, its sick, sad, and Nick should be dead, and they shouldnt be saving him, he will never be the same, he will be in a bed for the rest of his life.

He HAD to have known Nick drives like a complete piece of shit...he took the chance, and didn't even put on a seatbelt.

Yes, Nick, and the whole Hogan family are worthless, but this guy had some responsibility for what happened to him.

I heard he wasn't wearing a seatbelt. I know that every time I've been faded or tipsy, when i get in my car or a friends car, I always buckle up and so does everyone else.

I agree he bears some level of responsibility for his own actions that night, but I still wish they would have nailed Nicks balls to the wall harder than they did. * months is cake and he can't even do that without trying to get out.
