I honestly like high tuned box like 35-38hz..........should i just tune it to 38hz and call it a day because it will still get mad low.....and what u mean add a pieace of wood over the port wont that cause other types of problems

He was referring to a removable/tunable port. It allows u to run around playing 40hz yet when u wanna burp you can adjust the tuning on the port accordingly to what you'll be doing. Hope that made sense
