Problem! Box I got from Vitveet

I cannot believe a joint came apart lol. Either his cuts were crap and didn't clamp or he didn't use titebond.
x2, either bad adhesive or uneven cuts(we have seen these before). If he only used three screws on a section longer than 2.5-3ft, he better have had some clamps on it as well.

He has built me 2, one of them the back wall came loose just like urs, I just fixed it myself, the other box is still sturdy as can be

This proves my point, people are assuming that I did something to the box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif, and For peoples information he hasn't contacted me back or emailed me back

You guys are failing to realize having a box built and shipped is stupid. Fed ex cant ship shit and neither can UPS, surprised people dont receive boxes in pieces.....
this, find someone local, or buy the tools and go to a friends house who doesnt mind the noise...

still an easy fix, seal it back up and keep on bumpin

and i have yet to see anybody beat his prices, he is the cheapest by $50-$75

You get what you pay for. $125 shipped for a carpeted box is a great price but considering the low profit he's making he would have to throw these together as fast as he can. Paying less isn't always a good choice.

I would always be wary if the builder does not show pictures of the box BEFORE it is carpeted. Often builders use carpet to cover up poor craftsmanship. Most of the quality builders here will create a build log and display pictures along the way.

Just some things to consider.

Not true. I have shipped 100's of enclosures. From .1 cubes - 12 cubes shipped across country and have never had an issue with the box being damaged. It's all about how you package it. Bubble wrap, with 2 layers of cardboard packaging works like a charm //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Well theres oe box builder off my list.

I'd hit up Mike465 or bassman3. Mike does some of the best work I have ever seen and Dustin is a nice guy to deal with
Thanks Zach //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Does that mean I don't do good work? lol jp

I've had 4 boxes built by vitveet and I've always had the pics of the box throughtout the entire process before carpeting. i've always met up with him to pick up the boxes made, as I dont trust shipping the enclosure but thats just me.
