3 dollar router jig

i guess it is kind of hard to explain. basically the screw makes you maintain constant tension. Wont allow for much movement. just goin in a circle. heres a Video and two pictures of how it works.

I suppose it would but it hasnt cause an issue the way it is. and i havent seen a wood screw that isnt threaded all the way. also havent looked for one lol
There are some screws at Home Depot, with the purple label, that have a smooth area under the head...uses a square bit.

time for ghey jokes about man junk.

 
good idea. i made one out of wood. 1/4" birch. sanded up real nice spot on measurements screws right onto the bottom of my router like a jasper jig you purchase. can use it over and over and over since most sub's be 8" 12" 15" 18" are all mostly the same cutout diameter.
