I'd take a picture of how you have the sub wired, and also a picture of you amp where the settings are... Let us see exactly how you have it all atm...

Don't waste anymore money. Go to a shop and have them set your gain. If it's not loud enough, get better stuff

the one that says DB turn that **** all the way to your left counter clockwise asap

second get that wire out of a bind and re do that connection. take it out all the way get it sright as you can into hte terminal and re-tighten it. tighten it good then shake the wire around and see if its loose if it is loosen it and tighten it again better. once it doesn't move after to move it around go and 1/8 or 1/4 turn..

Is the purple wire your ground?

If that is the case where is your power input?

i disconnected the power so my amp doesnt constantly run. got ANOTHER 12" Sub again a few minutes ago. gonna try again.
