Hi,

I have a Renault Grand Scenic 2008, uk based. And have had a HU working for a while, recently it stopped working and has no power.. this is my last resort as tried a lot...

1. All fuses are okay
2. Tried 4 different head units
3. Multimeter readings in iso connector: A7 +12v when ignition switched, A6 +12v with lights on, A4 2.8v constant. 4.Ground is fine

Literally no power or sign of life in the HU's even though 12v switched is right up to it..

Any ideas? I'm stumped

Initially I had aftermarket, which was working and then stopped one day, the tried the factory one I kept, same problem, tried two other aftermarket HU's too and same thing.. no sign of life at all in any of the units.

Ok I re-read OP - My bad - Pin A4 is the problem - 2.8V when it should be reading 12V+ constant

You'll need a shop manual for that car and trace wiring back through the harness to wherever it originates.
