Yeah, I already made some vids of Bass Mekanik rippin' my truck up. Not quite the excursion (yet) that my 2 Eclipse Titaniums had, but I'm breaking the 4 12" IDMAX's in slowly, you know.

You'd love it 80... can't sit in the front even when she's kickin'! I didn't measure yet, but I'm around 150db's for sure. Yet, it's soooo SQ as well!

I have never ever heard a song sound so realistic while having sick SPL levels at the SAME time! The bass output is soooo tight and quick hitting. You NEVER hear ANY rattles at all! Just pure clean solid bass, but hat sweet bass that is tight and virtually distortion free.

Today I was stuck in NYC traffic for over 2 hours in midtown //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif and played Sade, Steely Dan, George Benson and Dire Straights. My buddy and I were laughing how yesterday we were getting murdered with bass and then today we're hearing that lovely lady, Sade's voice sitting dead center on my dashboard with instruments playing all around her sounding as clear as if she was actually sitting there! We were replaying different sections of certain songs cause we couldn't get over the awesome blending of the system.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif ALL the bass seemed to be coming from in front of us... even the subs! There is an ever so slight harshness to certain highs, but that'll be tuned out tomorrow. Don't forget, this system hasn't even been tuned yet!!! lol

Anyway, I would LOVE to see another Explorers pics and ideas to learn from.

Had the kicks done at Sounds Impossible, Highlands, NJ. Bill Acevedo is the owner. Highly recommend them. Top notch. They do some really high end, sick work! My install was like a 1st grade quiz next to some other work they do. Not just glassing, but real sophisticated tech stuff. TOP NOTCH!!!

Holy cow! I haven't seen anyone on this forum use such nice, exp! equipment! Thats soms really nice stuff...Especially the Seas and the Focal! That has to be an amazing SQ setup! I could only imagine it!!!!

All's it is is extensive research and just waiting for the right time to buy your components one by one when you have the financial capabilities. I always think it's better to do as much as you can on your own, make sure that everything you purchase is fully warranteed and get a real tuning guy when the time comes. The problem with most guys is you just can't wait to get your equipment that you'll settle for lesser. Even if you dont have much money, you STILL can be more patient and look for better deals and components. It's mostly about RESEARCH and NOT the dollar as muchas you may think!

Let's alsp not forget that we have entered a VERY expensive hobby as well!! LOL:crap:
