Maybe, maybe not. Its hard to say. Is your bank a little forgiving like that? I know my bank has a bunch of *****es working there.

I would maybe file a report both in your city and the scammers city. I would takes pictures to send to his local police and then show your local police what you received.

Its hard to say now days on what the outcome would be.

If it were me, I'd hunt his sorry *** down and beat him and get my money back:D

If you have this guys info take him to court for mail fraud
Depending on your states laws he may have to come to your state and show up, if not, fun things happen
Yea, if you got all his information try that. Probably your best bet to actually get the money back.

my biggest question is, is this his real address on his paypal, his real name(was a girls name), and there was no address on my package:crap:
No address? I didn't know you could send something without a return address. **** that sucks.

You may be better off doing as mentioned above. Turning it over to local police. They could prolly somehow trace an ip back to an internet connection and see:)

wonderful world** of physics/computers:d

yea I am not planning on paying them...Paypal told me that the best thing to do is to get local police on it...I dont think it will do any good tho....
Do you think my bank talking to them would have any effect?
no on either.

The police a fvcking joke to say the least. They wont do shit, they'll just tell you to take him to small claims court. And that's expensive - you have to shell out anywhere from $40-50 for filing the document, and another $40-50 to have the sheriff's office serve the dickhead with it. So you're out $100 at the least to mess with the guy, and even if you DO win the court battle, chances are you'll never see the money again.

we nailed his IP address from his other accts....he had like 8 accts on here

that does seem a little fishy.
Aren't you supposed to be able to track the home address by using an ip address?

Dont the forensic scientist do this kind of stuff?
maybe...I( am going to contact my card first and see what they say...they were easy to deal with when I reported the fraud to them...tok about 5 days and the money was back into my acct
