Hey guys.

I just got a Orion 2500D and i'm confused //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Is this a two channel ??? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif

I had a Power acoustik A2400DB and the channel looked different //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blush.gif.99bc659ee2012b7d826165e26fb5eebe.gif

How come it has 2 ground inputs and 2 power inputs ???

Should I just bridge it ?

Thanks guys...

I really need all the input about this amp I can possibly get... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Internally bridged
I'm sorry dude I'm not really following you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blush.gif.99bc659ee2012b7d826165e26fb5eebe.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Can you explain it to me ???//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blush.gif.99bc659ee2012b7d826165e26fb5eebe.gif

they just make it easier to wire up multiple subs to it, it only has a 1 ch on the inside but it splits the pos and neg so you can wire up 2 subs easy

just pick a side and use it

it needs lots of power, so use both power inputs

this is stuff you shoulda learnded before you bought it...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I know I should have learned about it before buying it but now i got it and it looks completaly different than a good ole monoblock amp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Can I use both power inputs with just one wire coming from the battery ?

or do I need to run 2 power wires ?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blush.gif.99bc659ee2012b7d826165e26fb5eebe.gif

u don't bridge a mono amp. It doesn't matter whether you use all four speaker leads, or just the two. Inside the amp, they are both connected. It just makes it easier for your wiring, so you don't have to smudge so much wire into one lead.

Just like what they said above!
