Did you check resistance on coils? If you connect the one that does not work directly to the amp it still does not work then I would say the speaker is fried.

Hmmm, if you are only switching the RCA's (imput to the amp) and the subs change which is putting out sound, that would be a bad RCA.

Everyone I found the problem it's the RCA cables, I had my electrician mate have a look and he pulled one of the cords halfway out and the subs...

Ah, thanks for the advice, but you make that sound like that's a foregone conclusion. The crossovers I swapped out look and sound exactly the same...
