Budget??

You don't really need a shallow mount unless you're looking to mount in the doors. I'd look into the Skar IVX or Sundown SD-2, just as a good reference point to start.

That custom TC9 is pure SEX. And crazy cheap deal too.

Mine are under your budget as well... Both of them will be more cone area and about the same box space as a 10...
