Just like the title says. Looking for pretty good condition with no mechanical issues. I know people have them so please help me out so I can piece my build together. I only need one sub and preferably one that can handle 750-1000w.

Other subs that are 8": (in no particular order)

- skar

- dd

- dc

none will take that much power ,close tho .i can order you a new dc 8
Can you explain? I thought sa-8's could take 750 or so. I'm using a hifonics hifi1000.1d so idk how true 750w at 2ohms really is.

Sent you a pm about a price for the dc.

all of the 8's are underrated ,but who's to say how much.never heard a single 8 taking that much power constantly ,but i dont think your amp will produce that power at least a clean signal.you might get 400-500rms clean tho

I just don't want to hook everything up and then blow the sub. Kinda defeats the purpose. lol

yes it does , but if you set your gains properly ,you should be ok
I have a powerbass asa 600.2 that does

4-ohm Power: 150 watts x 2

2-ohm Power: 300 watts x 2

4-ohm Mono Power:600 watts x 1

That's around the range for these subs. I may do that instead but i'll keep looking and let you know within a couple of days.

you can use the hifonics ,like i said just set the gains with a dmm and you'll be ok
I'd have to look into how that works cause i've never done it like that. To be honest, I go by ear and then have an audio shop listen and make tweaks. Never seen it done with a dmm though. I'm sure there's a write up somewhere on here about it though.
