****...no way! takes me almost 2 hours just to measure and cut the pieces.

so you totally complete the whole box w/in 2 hrs....damn that crazy.

measuring and cutting the pieces, predrilling, counter-sinking, painting port black, sub cutout, terminal cutout, rounding port pieces, 45s, caulking, gluing, clamping, drilling, sanding...

no way on earth can I do that in 2 hrs. I spent 12 hours jsut today alone.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

after sanding/weather sealing cutout/speaker terminal (also weather sealed)

sounds pretty damn clean. practically like an IDmax w/o the output.

Nice looking box. Get a roundover bit for the port edges so you don't have to use the sander.

good quality work... building effeciency comes with time... when i make a box for someone else i normally have about 2 hours in it and lowes does all the cuts

If i had one of those circ saws on a X/Y axis i could make enclosures in no time.

But using a small table saw sucks.

b4 i started building, i bought flakko's 1st box he's ever built. it's 2.75 cubes @ 29hz. i just bought it cause it was very inexpensive and never used it.

x2 on the clamps... i need more bar clamps

it was more like 2 days. Also... i wanted to take my time w/ this enclosure. If i had one full free day, i think i can finished an enclosure.

i still think 2 hours is wildly quick, even w/ pre-cut pieces. also, I prefer to cut my own pieces, so i can only blame myself if anything happens.
