45's for the corners:

sketched out and measured where to predrill on the bottom piece:

then I predrill while the top and bottom are stacked to make life easier:

countersink:

sub cutout w/ my $20 router... the best cutout i've done!

well looky here. PERFECT FIT!

now to screw on all the pieces W/O glue for fitting and predrilling purposes:

My table saw's blade is capable angles from 0-45 degrees. rotates "|" to "/"

well somethign like that.
