With all due respect, taking less time usually is not the best way to do it. NOw if you are so good that you can cut everything and glue, screw and sand in two hours without mistakes, then far more power to ya. However, trying to get the enclosure done in a short time usually leads to mistakes and carelss measuring errors. I personally have taken an hour alone in measuring for the speakers and subwoofer in my HT project. Just gives you that sense of certainty.
