Newbie need help

Hi guys, i'm really new in car audio. So im trying to learn as much as i can in this forums. And i really cant find my answer for my problem. I really need your help. Im having focal ps 165 component for my front stage, and polk db691 for the rears, i use focal fpp 4100 for these speakers, and jl 500.1 for 2 jl 10w3. I really enjoy my set up but the problem is whenever i start the car and play the music. The volume from the front and rear speakers are really small, i only hear the bass from my subs. It goes back to normal after i drive or play about 15-20mins. Any thoughts would be appreciate it

perform the big 3 upgrade and maybe get your battery/alt checked out.

I have never had this problem with my powerbass amp before. The problem only appeared since i installed the focal amp. And I just replace the battery 2 months ago. And what do you guys think about mcintosh mcc444 amp? I have a local guy who wants to sell me his mcintosh mcc444 for $500. Is it a good deal? Any thought?
