what amp do you recomend?
on a budget, a hifonics brutus 1200 or 1600 off ebay. or a used one that does 1500 rms approx. since the amp you have isn't stable at 1 ohm, it is a really bad match for those subs in about every way.

is it going to blow them or damage them at all?
no. there are many things that can blow a sub, but the most prominent cause is user stupidity, also known as "user error" in the customer service world (mine's more accurate). use the gains right, put it in a decent box, and wire it correctly, and you should be fine.

the sounds is like a whine type of noise i would say mixed with like a sound an audience would make at a show or something. the subs are brand new out of the box. the amp was barely used. sound is just when i put the subs in.
