New To Car Audio

hi i am new to car audi and ive always wanted subs ever since the first time i experienced them. I sgned up to this website looking for help. ive been looking at some rockford fosgate P3-2X12 Punch Dual P3 12" Loaded Enclosure and i thought they looked pretty good but thats all i know. im just looking for a good setup and i was wanting one of you audio gurus to help get me going that would be fantastic. Whats your idea for a budget? There are many brands that outpreform rockford for less money. Look into American bass, Sundown, SSA and Fi audio. They have many different platforms for a decent price.

im willing to probably drop around 1k maybe a little more if need be to get a nice loud sound system that turns heads when i roll by haha. so if you have any idea of a good setup im all ears. and please keep in mind im extremly new to all of this so i barely know anything about subs but i have put some research into them.

A real nice simple setup would be an american bass xfl 15 and a 1500 watt rms amp in a custom made box, that would cost around 500-600 and would be plenty loud for anything you need.
