96db/W...yummy.

well i cant seem to figure out the ohms of it i heard svc 2ohm, but my ohm meter is reaing anywhere from 3.7 to 4.4, it goes all over the play before it finds one and stays there for about 10secs or so, i can push in the cone and it will change then come back and stay at like 5.1 or something , im so confused //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif

That's because the DCR will vary depending on cone position. Didn't we already tell you that for your XXX //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

3.7 to 4.4 sounds like a 4ohm nominal load //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

yea i know that but its reading anywhere from like 3.7-4.4 or so it like bounces constant through those, it dosent really stop

yay, now i cant get it to stay still and its reding like 100 ohms and 80 ohms then back down, i wonder if my meter is messed up? it now bounces from like 20-100 and keeps going up and down

If anything, your multimeter is messed up. Its going to read its nominal impedance, close to it, ot none at all (shorted out). That speaker should never register a 100ohm load.

I just took one of my xxx 6.5's out of the box and measured it, 2.1 ohms...

edit: ah tinsel lead problem... that's concerning
