New Car, Need New System!

Hey everyone, new here. I'm getting an '01 Chrysler Concorde that has the factory Infinity speakers. Here is what I am currently driving w/stereo:

'94 Buick LeSabre

Pioneer Premier DEH780MP

Boston Acoustics 3-Way 6x9's/2-Way 4x6's

2 15" Rockford Fosgate Punch 600 watt RMS/1200 watt Max each

JBL 1200.1 Mono Amp

I'm giving this car to a friend and am leaving the stereo. This set-up was done about 4 years ago. Pretty fun for a while, loud as hell, but I'm looking for more quality sound now. I'm looking to spend around $300-400 on a head unit. I'd rather not go with Pioneer this time around... seem to be all about flash. Thinking more along the lines of Eclipse.

Looking for another 1200 watt amp, and am considering going with another JBL since the last one suited me so well, especially for the price. I also noticed that Hifonics has a 1200 watt amp that has a decent price as well.

I'd like to go for two subwoofers again, more than likely 10" this time. My idea is that they'll have a tight sound but still be pretty loud. My ideas of brands to go with are Eclipse or Diamond. I've never heard an Audiobahn sub, but some of you guys seem to really love those. I'd like to know how they compare. What are some other good sound quality subwoofers? I'd like to spend around $350-400 on a couple good subs.
