who said u cant get cheap subs loud?

as the title says.

today i took out my Treo SSX's and the big *** box and put my MA Audio 1800xl in my single Treo ssx18 box in the back now. powering it off the old Fosgate 1501bd. well to my suprise i hit a better number sealed on the dash than i did in the same box with the Treo on an mtx 1501d.

Vehicle... 2000 Cadillac Escalade

box specs... 4 cubes tuned at 34hz

amp specs... 1500 at 2 ohm

sub specs... dual 4 wired to 2 ohm

with the Treo my best sealed on the dash was a 143.2

today i decided to mess around and meter it and well to my suprise i hit a 144.5 with my cheap MA Audio 18 that people said cant be loud. on music i did a 144.

so keep in mind the more expensive a woofer is doesnt mean its louder if your goin to be loud on a mic.

not being an ***, but your box is in the backseat so you basically have a half wall... i bet if you put your other subs back there you would gain a few db...

LAWL! sure bass.... thats the only box ever built for the treo same as the box for the 4 treos. only box's made. im not the type of person to build multiple box's. oh and the sub was in the back of my truck. i took my 4 treos and box out and put the MA back there for testing. so im pretty happy with the MA..

and bassmekanik... first and only box built for the single treo i did a 148.5db in the kick at 44hz off an MTX 1501d..... so im lookin at your sig and just dont think u dont know much yourself.
